Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed the next business day.

Shipping Within South Africa

We ship nationwide within South Africa using trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly communicated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.
